Khizra Mariyam is a dedicated Nutrition and Dietetics Specialist with a strong academic background and practical experience in clinical nutrition and dietary counseling. She holds both a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, Zoology, and Chemistry from Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian College, Bangalore.

With expertise in meal planning, dietary counseling, and personalized nutrition assessments, Khizra focuses on helping individuals achieve healthier lifestyles through tailored diet plans and evidence-based guidance. Her skills extend to designing nutrition programs, conducting workshops, and providing dietary advice for both inpatients and outpatients.

Khizra has trained through internships at KIMS Hospital and Santosh Hospital, where she worked on nutritional assessments, patient-focused diet planning, and public nutrition education. 

Her professional journey is driven by a passion for promoting wellness, empowering patients with knowledge, and creating practical, personalized diet plans that improve long-term health and wellbeing.
